Returns:
Please note you have only 7 days to return an item for an exchange. Returns must be in like new condition.
Returns will not be accepted without all of the original packaging, manuals and accessories.
All returns must be received by Cell Phone Express within 7 days from the RMA number issuing date. Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 7 days of delivery of the order.



Refunds:
We do not offer refunds.

Exchange:
We offer exchanges but you have only 7 days to exchange the phone.

Items with manufacturer's defects:

Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.
Items returned as defective that are found to not be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit, therefore we suggest contacting the manufacturer as listed in your owners manual for support prior to requesting a return authorization. All of the defective cellular phones must be returned to the manufacturer.

RMA #:
You must notify use if there is a defective item. You will need to request for an #RMA number. Please, allow 48 hours to respond to your email. Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA number or after 7 days of delivery of the order.
*** Please note that all returns that will be shipped without a valid RMA number will be refused and package will go back to the sender.
We recommend returns be made via UPS insured freight only.
Cell phone Express accepts no responsibility for loss or damage items in return transit. Please, allow up to 5 business days to process your returns.
